1. Product Summary
SE-EAV Series Grate Cooler Electric Arc Valve Control Cabinet is a new control cabinet designed for cement grate coolers of different sizes, including 5000t/d, 2500t/d and 1500t/d.
This product uses programmable controller and high resolution LCD programmable touchscreen display of well-known brands as core measuring and controlling device.
The programmable controller is modularized and can be easily extended and combined with other equipment to fit different amounts of electric arc valves of different sizes of cement crate coolers.
The use of touchscreen makes the control cabinet more straightforward. Its bright and colorful screen can provide clear and direct graphics with fast response and easy control.
Based on years of production and on-site crate cooler operation experience, we have developed a well-rounded UI and ideal PLC program, with following functions:
