SED Chute Solids Flowmeter
I. Product SummaryThe SED Chute Solids Flowmeter is designed for measuring freely flowing granular materials.
The chute solids flow feeder consists of a self-controlling solids flowmeter and various material flow control equipment, so as to continuously feed, measure and mix granular materials.
The SED has a simple and compact structure and is space-saving. Without gearing system, it is more stable and reliable. Its dust-proof shell makes it adaptable for adverse environments.
Along with the SED, we provide high-precision cantilever beam sensor and wiring box.
Widely used in fields like building materials, steel, chemical industry, ceramics, mining, grain and light industry.
SED field control box, with specially designed computer control meters, will come with the flowmeter. The self-regulating control box is designed for flow measuring, accumulating and displaying. When connected to DCS, it will be able to remote measure and control the flowmeter.
The control box will be installed on-site. Its dimensions are: 400W×500H×250D mm

Material temperature: ＜100℃
Ambient temperature: -30℃+60℃
Weighing accuracy: between 20%~100% of full range
The accuracy can reach 2% of full range.
