I. Product Summary
SE-8151 Series Rubber Belt Weighing Scale can fit with various belt conveyor, so that it can continuously measure and accumulate the weight of materials being conveyed on the belt conveyor.
The equipment is safe, reliable, precise and easy to install. It can run in industrial sites in serious adverse circumstances and is widely used for measuring in fields like building materials, metallurgy, mining, electricity, chemical industry, grain and light industries.

We will provide integrated control cabinet for our customers. The cabinet has functions including weight displaying, accumulation of weighing, overload alarming and communication. It can also be connected to an industrial control computer or DCS.

II. Structure
1. Weighing Frame SE-81
The steel weighing structure connected to the rubber conveyer has a adjusting roller and a weighing roller. The materials on the conveyer will be directly affecting the weight sensor.

2. Weight Sensor MHR-1
It monitors weight signals of materials on the rubber belt.
3. Speed Sensor GTS211
It monitors speed signals on the belt.

For signal gathering, procession, computing, displaying and communicating.
